Opening
Feet together,
Butterfly pose,
before I lie back.
I'm feeling dizzy.

This entire sequence was done laying down
on a soft carpet. Texture helps.
I then made sure to hold each pose for at least a minute or more and really sink into them, before moving on to the next one.
The poetry came after. This work was inspired by grounding exercises, improv movement, and therapy.
